Deposits are required for all appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS. Deposit must be paid at time of booking & will be credited to amount due on day of appointment. Deposit fee is $25. 
*Deposits are nonrefundable & will not be refunded if client cancels appointment.

You will be considered late if you arrive 10 minutes beyond your appointment time. A fee of $25 will be applied to your total for taking late appointments. Clients who exceed 30 minutes beyond appointment time will be required to reschedule another day. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Rescheduling or cancellation of appointments must be done 24 hours in advance to receive deposit.

Please reschedule your appointment if you are sick. ANY client coughing, sneezing, or exhibiting case to believe they are under the weather will be asked to leave. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Appointments will be confirmed by stylist at time of booking. Failure to confirm appointment will result in cancellation of appointment. Confirmation of appointments are designed to answer any & all questions prior to coming in. This is to confirm not only attendance, styling, & location of the facility; but to add a level of comfort to all those coming into Deidramatik. 

*Service Add-Ons must be notated at booking.
*Booked services may not be changed at appointment
